Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the NACIONAL — Daily Rituals app for iPhone (the "App"), provided by NACIONAL EOOD, UIC 681509047, 2 Okolchitsa Str., Sofia 1505, Bulgaria.
1. The service
The App is a personal daily checklist. It works on your device, without an account or internet connection. It is provided free of charge.
2. License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, under these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms and Apple's terms conflict, Apple's terms prevail for matters between you and Apple.
3. Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the App, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Your data
Your rituals and history are stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups of your device. We cannot recover data you deleted or lost. See our Privacy Policy.
5. No medical advice
The App helps you keep track of your own habits. It does not provide medical, health or professional advice.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NACIONAL EOOD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from the use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
